Silhouette Monroe OS is private artist and company software operated by Monroe Music & Entertainment LLC. These terms cover its YouTube integration and related public informational pages.
Authorized use
The application is provided for authorized internal operational use. It is not a public subscription service. Only connect accounts you are authorized to access, and use information in accordance with applicable law and third-party terms.
Read-only information
The integration reads permitted YouTube channel, video and Analytics information and may read public comments through YouTube API Services. It does not upload, publish, edit, delete, reply to or moderate YouTube content. Summaries and observations are aids to review; they may be incomplete or out of date and do not take decisions on your behalf.
Availability
The local software and Google/YouTube services may be unavailable, delayed, restricted or changed. Continuous service, uninterrupted authorization and complete or current API results are not guaranteed.
Third-party terms and ownership
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Third-party services remain governed by their own applicable terms and policies. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Use of the application does not transfer ownership of YouTube videos, comments or other third-party content. Existing rights remain with their respective owners.
Privacy and ending access
The Privacy Policy explains data handling, deletion and disconnection. Authorized users may stop using the integration, clear its local data or revoke its Google access.
